Lunch at Sapporo

Have you ever had lunch entertained by the chef? Well if you haven’t then try Sapporo.

While we having our starter which was Sushi, we were entertained by the Chef who is cooking our main meal in front of us (eight of us, the table is in U shape and the Chef is inside the U shape with his cooking gears).

The entertainment begin with showing his skills by threw an egg on the air and guess what?.... the egg landed safely on his flat knife, he then continue to cook the egg,

Next thing happened was he asked if we want any sauces the answer was NO, but he suddenly squeezed the plastic bottle in front of us, oh no……..we all were horrified but it turn out to be a plastic jelly sauce that expanded by a squeezed, so the horrified faces turn to be a laughter ones.

He then continue with his magic hands, playing the music instrument with his knife and fork,… well we could not recognized what sort of tunes it was, but he then suddenly turn the tunes to the very fast chopping meat the fastest chopping that I ever seen in my life, chop… chop…. Chop… chop…, in seconds the meat were in pieces.

then …..watch this here came the flames…oh.. gosh…., I only inches away from the flames, I feel the hit on my face, oh no. no…luckily, it’s only last for a few seconds.

Overall, the whole entertainment was good, and the foods are fabulous, surely we will come back again.

This is why I don't smoke

(resource of this picture is unknown)

What is the joy of smoking if all these poisonous stuffes and accumulate in your body? how long you gonna be around in this world?.

There are lots of research about the impact of smoking on human health, and I believed most of the smokers are fully aware about this.

I've got friends who are smoking (not heavily), most of them wanted to stop smoking, one of them had successfully stop,.... but sadly it was only last for few months, then she start smoking again, it make me sad to see her smoking again.

While smoking is detrimental to the health of every woman, there are a number of additional health risks unique to women over forty according to American Medical Women's Association :

Menopause: On average, women smokers undergo natural menopause at a younger age than nonsmokers and may experience more pronounced menopausal symptoms.

Osteoporosis: Postmenopausal women who currently smoke have lower bone density than do non-smoking women and are at increased risk for hip fracture.

Eye Disease: Women who smoke are at elevated risks for developing cataracts.

Facial Wrinkling: The skin of smokers aged 40-49 years has been found to be as wrinkled as that of nonsmokers 20 years older.

Cancers: Smoking is the major cause of cancers of the oropharynx, and bladder, and increases your risk of kidney, liver and colorectal cancer. Smoking is consistently associated with increased risk of cervical cancer.

Lung Disease: Smoking is the primary cause of emphysema and chronic obstructive lung disease.

Come on..... please get help if you are smoker, life is precious!.

Went to Liverpool on Sunday to Chinatown for the Chinese Year of the Pig celebration, was just too packed to enjoy the proceedings as crowd everywhere and rerun of previous one we attended, with fire crackers and two lions and dragon doing their thing.

Apparantly this golden pig only appear every 60 years according to Chinese Calender, and according to their Feng Sui is the good year to have babies, just don't ask me why.
